- Develop annual trade promotion plans, including analysis of market conditions and resulting recommendations;
- Work directly with field sales managers to develop customer specific plans based on strategic plan and budgeted funding;
- Respond to daily distribution and volume opportunities as communicated by field sales, including issues resulting from competitive activity;
- Create trade strategies by channel: Key accounts, retail clients, universities;
- Create a process for sales communication and be responsible for writing and delivery of sales messaging. In this role it will be necessary to interface with Operations, Marketing and Product/Technology;
- Play a significant role in analyzing the business, uncovering opportunities, diagnosing issues and providing the organization and the sales force with value added business analytic tools;
- Develop attendee and exhibit marketing strategies and plans to promote technical trade;
- Work directly with clients to establish themes, taglines, and promotional highlights;
- Negotiate barter agreements and media buys with relevant trade publications (Brazilian VPC);
- Evaluate ROI measurement tools -performance;
- Monitor local media placements (articles, releases, ads and other marketing functions).
- 3 - 5 Years Experience in Sales, Trade Mkt, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations. Outgoing person.
